Chapter 3 is out! // Schedules, Priorities, Chaos.

After a four month hiatus, Chapter 3 of The Book of Naro is now out on Webtoon! (Just webtoon, I’ve officially abandoned Tapas).

There have been a lot of changes these past few month that have been difficult for me to work around, with and through. I have a new job which is great, but it’s cut my art time in twine - I was already struggling to balance the comic and illustrations and then sharing all of that consistently. I’m in a really good rough patch right now; things are going well! I just have to do a major overhaul of my schedule and see how it works out (all while dodging the burnout demon as deftly as I can).

Anyway, moving forward! I’ve got two things in the works at the moment: a shiny new illustration that I’m hoping to finish next week and an animation for TBoN that will definitely need a lot more time to cook. I want to say I’ll be able to get Part 2 of Chapter 3 out next month but that just isn’t likely at my current pace. So that sucks. I’d absolutely give the chapters more priority if the audience was there, but at the moment, I think my time is best spent working on the hefty backlog of illustration ideas I have. Chapter 3 will be finished eventually - I can promise that. Monthly publishing might just not be the move right now.

In other news, I can now go live on TikTok. Might be a fun way to show what I’m working on and get some input, might not. Either way, I’d like to try it out eventually once I get the setup all figured out.
